Wish we could have hooked up when U were a “Yankee”, even though temporarily,(10 yrs.?) we live close enough to “the City” where we could have gotten together and shared culinary interests. Like I said before, I did 8 yrs.(living), in Houston, 1 yr.+ Baton Rouge, grew-up w/ a mom like Paula Dean, and have lived from upstate Michigan to Pittsburgh to rural Savannah and learned something everywhere I’ve been,(besides marrying a wonderful woman from Ecuador, and learning alot by traveling that country). I’m enjoying your blog and look forward to learning your interests (it all sticks like glue in my mind, or like banana pudding……)
